1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. If you don't agree to these Terms, please don't use the Site.
The Site is intended for a general adult audience in the United States. If you're under 18, please use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Information only, not professional advice
The Site provides general information about nutrition products and dietary supplements, including reviews, scores, articles and embedded videos. It isn't medical, nutritional or other professional advice, and using it doesn't create a doctor–patient or other professional relationship. Our reviews, scores and ratings express our editorial opinion, based on the information available to us at the time of review and the methodology described in How We Review & Score. They are not guarantees of any product's safety, quality, effectiveness or suitability for you.
3. Affiliate links and purchases
The Site contains affiliate links. If you buy something after clicking one, we may earn a commission, as explained in our Affiliate Disclosure.
Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and the retailer or seller. We don't sell products, take payments, or handle shipping, returns, refunds or customer service, and we're not responsible for retailers' products, services, policies or terms.
4. Product information, prices and availability
We work to keep product information accurate and current, but details change, and we can't guarantee that everything on the Site is complete or up to date.
- Prices and availability change. Prices and availability shown on the Site are accurate as of the date or time indicated and are subject to change. The price and availability displayed on the retailer's site at the time of purchase apply to your purchase.
- Retailers' pages are authoritative. If information on the Site differs from a retailer's product page, the retailer's page is authoritative.
- Formulas change. Manufacturers can change ingredients, doses, serving sizes, flavors and packaging at any time. Always read the label on the product you receive and follow its directions and warnings.
- Certifications change. Third-party certifications can lapse, or may apply only to certain products or batches. If certification matters to you, check the certifier's database.
5. Third-party content and embeds
The Site includes content we don't control, such as video reviews hosted on YouTube and TikTok, product images and information supplied by brands and retailers, and links to other websites. Videos reflect the views of their creators, not Nutrition Reviews, and including a video doesn't mean we endorse everything in it. When you play an embedded video, the platform's own terms and privacy policy apply.
We aren't responsible for third-party content, websites, products or services. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
6. Trademarks and product names
Product names, brand names, logos, product and packaging images and other trademarks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify, describe and review the products they refer to, a practice known as nominative use. Their appearance on the Site doesn't mean that any brand, retailer or platform sponsors, endorses or is affiliated with Nutrition Reviews, unless we expressly say so. Amazon, TikTok Shop, TikTok and YouTube are trademarks of their respective owners.

7. Our content
Except for third-party materials, the Site and its original content, including our reviews, scores, articles, data compilations, graphics, design and the Nutrition Reviews name and logo, are owned by Nutrition Reviews or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
You may view, link to, share and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial use, and you may quote brief excerpts with clear attribution and a link to the original page. Any other use requires our prior written permission. That includes republishing or selling our content, building commercial products or datasets from it, and using our name, scores or ratings in advertising, on packaging or in other marketing.
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please contact us with a description of the work, where the material appears on the Site, your contact details and a statement that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner. We'll review your notice promptly.
8. Your submissions
When you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us, you agree to provide accurate information and to use only an email address you're entitled to use. Please don't send us confidential or sensitive information.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, corrections or product information, you allow us to use it to improve the Site without any obligation or payment to you. If you're submitting information on behalf of a brand, you confirm that it's accurate and that you have the right to share it. We won't publish your name or message without your permission. We handle personal information you submit as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaks the law or these Terms;
- scrape, crawl, copy or harvest content or data from the Site at scale, whether by automated means or otherwise, including to build a competing database or to train AI models, without our written permission (search engines may index the Site in line with our robots.txt file);
- attack, disrupt or overload the Site, including through denial-of-service attacks or malware, or probe, scan or test it for vulnerabilities without our permission;
- try to access the admin panel or any other non-public area, account, system or data without authorization;
- tamper with affiliate links, or generate artificial clicks, traffic, sign-ups or form submissions;
- impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
- use the Site to send spam or other unsolicited messages; or
- remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice.
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to us privately through our contact page. We may suspend or block access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any content is accurate, complete or current. We make no warranties about any product mentioned on the Site; any product warranty comes from its manufacturer or seller.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nutrition Reviews and its owners, editors, contributors and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, its content, or any product or service you obtain from a third party, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain disclaimers of warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that can't be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nutrition Reviews and its owners, editors and contributors from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
13. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we'll post the revised version on this page and update the date shown on it. The updated Terms apply from the time they're posted, and by continuing to use the Site after that, you accept them.
14. Governing law
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you're a consumer, this doesn't deprive you of the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of the place where you live.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we don't enforce a provision, that isn't a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganization, merger or sale of the Site.
