  • Amazon listing carries a Prop 65 lead warning, and gummies can melt or clump in heat

Our verdicts

Adults Multivitamin

Centrum Adults does the basics well: near-RDA doses of the nutrients Americans most often lack, including iron, iodine and folic acid, for about six cents a day. It has no third-party certification and uses inexpensive mineral forms and artificial colorants. For menstruating women and anyone on a budget, it remains a sensible, evidence-aligned choice.

Full review

Women's Multi

OLLY Women's Multi is a pleasant, NSF-certified gummy that covers vitamin D, folate, iodine and B12 well, and its taste keeps people consistent. It is a partial multi, though, with no iron, little zinc and selenium, and fewer B vitamins than before its reformulation. It suits pill-averse women who get iron elsewhere; others will get more from a tablet.
