Pros and cons

GLP-1 Daily (Reset GLP-1 Production Support Capsules)

  • All three ingredients are disclosed and dosed to match their clinical studies
  • Clean Label Project Certified with a Purity Award, and third-party tested
  • Clearly states it is not a GLP-1 drug
  • Vegetarian and gluten-free, with no synthetic colors
  • No trial of the finished product, and the ingredient studies are small (30–60 people) and short
  • $80 a month, about $2.67 a day
  • 3.5-star Amazon average, with reports of stomachaches or constipation
  • Named in a 2025 proposed class action over its GLP-1 marketing

Berberine (Dual Action Phytosome & HCl)

  • NSF Contents Certified and made in Thorne's own U.S. facility
  • Fully disclosed doses of two berberine forms
  • Berberine has a meaningful research base for metabolic markers
  • Gluten-, dairy- and soy-free
  • Average weight loss in trials is under 1 kg
  • Decreases CYP2D6, CYP2C9 and CYP3A4 activity, so it can interact with many drugs
  • About $1.47–2.93 a day, depending on dose
  • Digestive side effects are common when you start

Our verdicts

GLP-1 Daily (Reset GLP-1 Production Support Capsules)

Lemme did something unusual: it dosed every ingredient to match its research and labeled the product honestly as not a drug. But the evidence comes from small, short trials of individual ingredients, and nothing suggests effects remotely comparable to GLP-1 medications. At $80 a month it's hard to justify; if you want to experiment, single-ingredient saffron extracts cost far less.

Berberine (Dual Action Phytosome & HCl)

Thorne Berberine is a well-made, NSF-certified version of the most researched 'metabolic' botanical, and a sensible choice if your clinician suggests berberine. Keep expectations in check, though: the average weight change in trials is about 2 pounds. Its drug-interaction profile also means it isn't something to add casually if you take prescription medications.
