Our verdict

Lemme did something unusual: it dosed every ingredient to match its research and labeled the product honestly as not a drug. But the evidence comes from small, short trials of individual ingredients, and nothing suggests effects remotely comparable to GLP-1 medications. At $80 a month it's hard to justify; if you want to experiment, single-ingredient saffron extracts cost far less.

Best for

  • Shoppers who prioritize clean-label testing
  • People curious about saffron for snacking and cravings
  • Anyone who values fully disclosed doses

Skip it if

  • Anyone looking for a substitute for GLP-1 medication
  • Budget shoppers
  • People who are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or prone to low blood sugar (per the label)

Our review

Lemme, the supplement brand co-founded by Kourtney Kardashian Barker and Simon Huck, launched GLP-1 Daily in September 2024 to tap demand for GLP-1 drugs. Lemme's site now sells the product as Lemme Reset GLP-1 Production Support Capsules; Amazon still lists it as GLP-1 Daily. Two capsules provide three branded extracts at fully disclosed doses: 200 mg of Eriomin lemon extract (standardized to 70% eriocitrin), 176.5 mg of Supresa saffron extract and 400 mg of Morosil red orange extract. Lemme states plainly that it contains no GLP-1 and is not a GLP-1 agonist drug.

Credit where it's due: each ingredient appears at the dose used in its human studies. Those studies, though, are small and short. In a 30-person crossover trial in people with high blood sugar, 200 mg of Eriomin raised GLP-1 by 17%, yet body measurements didn't change. An eight-week trial of the same saffron-extract dose in 60 mildly overweight women found less snacking and greater weight loss than placebo. A 12-week Morosil study reported modest reductions in weight and waist size. The finished formula hasn't been tested, and Lemme acknowledges its claims rest on ingredient-level research. In April 2025, a proposed class action filed in California and New York challenged the product's GLP-1 marketing.

Quality is a real strength. Reset is Clean Label Project Certified with a Purity Award, third-party tested and made in GMP-certified facilities, and it's vegetarian and gluten-free.

The problem is price: $80 for a 30-day supply, about $2.67 a day. On Amazon it averages 3.5 stars, with reviewers split on whether it curbs appetite and some reporting stomachaches or constipation.

Questions buyers ask

Is Lemme GLP-1 Daily the same as Ozempic?
No. Lemme says the product contains no GLP-1 or synthetic GLP-1 and isn't a GLP-1 receptor agonist; it's a dietary supplement made from three botanical extracts. The body breaks down its own GLP-1 within a minute or two, while drugs like semaglutide are engineered to last about a week. That's a key reason their effects are so much larger.
Is Lemme GLP-1 Daily the same product as Lemme Reset?
As far as we can tell, yes. Lemme's website now sells the formula as Lemme Reset GLP-1 Production Support Capsules, built on the same three branded ingredients, Eriomin, Supresa and Morosil, while Amazon still lists it as GLP-1 Daily. Check the label for the 200 mg, 176.5 mg and 400 mg doses per two-capsule serving.
How long should you take Lemme GLP-1 Daily before judging it?
Lemme recommends two capsules a day with food and three to six months of consistent use. The ingredient studies ran 8–12 weeks. If you notice no change in hunger or snacking after two to three months, it's unlikely to be worth $80 a month.
