Our verdicts
Next Gen Daily Foundational Nutrition
AG1 Next Gen is the best-tested and most thoroughly studied greens powder we track, and its probiotic and vitamin forms are genuinely good. But much of the formula sits inside proprietary blends, and at over $3 per scoop you are paying a large premium for convenience. Buy it if NSF certification and a one-scoop routine matter more to you than cost; otherwise a basic multivitamin plus more produce covers most of the same ground.

Super Greens The Original
Amazing Grass is the sensible budget pick: a real dose of dried greens, a named probiotic strain and a price that undercuts premium powders by two-thirds. It will not replace a multivitamin, its blends are proprietary, and it lacks a sport or contaminant certification. Choose it if you want an inexpensive greens boost for smoothies and can live with an earthy taste.
