Our verdicts

Next Gen Daily Foundational Nutrition

AG1 Next Gen is the best-tested and most thoroughly studied greens powder we track, and its probiotic and vitamin forms are genuinely good. But much of the formula sits inside proprietary blends, and at over $3 per scoop you are paying a large premium for convenience. Buy it if NSF certification and a one-scoop routine matter more to you than cost; otherwise a basic multivitamin plus more produce covers most of the same ground.

Superfoods Greens Gummies

Grüns is best understood as a well-formulated gummy multivitamin with a generous dose of fiber, wrapped in greens marketing. That is genuinely useful for people who will not swallow pills or drink powders, but the plant ingredients are hidden in one blend and the standard version adds 8 g of sugar. At roughly $1.78 to $2.38 a day, it is convenient rather than a bargain.
