Updated September 2026 from our full reviews · How we score

Social media's favorite debloat capsule: ginger plus a proprietary herb and bromelain blend. Clean and tested, but the evidence is thin and it costs about $1.70 a dose.

Pros and cons

Bloat Capsules

  • Organic botanicals in a vegan capsule with no fillers
  • The brand posts a batch COA from an ISO 17025-accredited lab (micro and heavy metals)
  • Can be taken as needed rather than daily
  • Ginger dose (220 mg extract) is disclosed
  • No published placebo-controlled trial of the finished formula that we could find
  • A 1,080 mg proprietary blend hides the doses of five ingredients
  • Uses peppermint leaf extract, not the enteric-coated oil with the best evidence
  • About $1.70–1.80 a serving, and buyers often cite poor value

DS-01 Daily Synbiotic

  • The finished formula was tested in a 350-person randomized, placebo-controlled trial on bloating and gas
  • All 24 strains are listed with strain designations
  • Potency is guaranteed through the expiration date, and it's shelf-stable up to 79°F
  • Vegan capsule, with brand-reported third-party screening for contaminants and allergens
  • About $1.67–$2.00 a day, several times the cost of mainstream probiotics
  • Strains are grouped into four blends with no per-strain amounts
  • Seed funded the key trials, and they relied on self-reported outcomes
  • buyers report mixed digestive effects, including constipation or headaches for some

Our verdicts

Bloat Capsules

Arrae Bloat is cleanly made and transparent about contaminant testing, but its 'debloat in under an hour' promise rests on weak, mostly indirect evidence and hidden doses. At nearly $2 a serving, it's hard to recommend over cheaper options with better data, such as enteric-coated peppermint oil or simply identifying your food triggers. Buy it only if you've tried it and it clearly works for you.

Full review

DS-01 Daily Synbiotic

DS-01 has some of the strongest product-specific evidence among consumer probiotics, including a large placebo-controlled trial on bloating and gas in healthy adults. The trade-offs are the price and blend-level dosing. If budget isn't a constraint and you want a researched, shelf-stable daily synbiotic, it's a strong choice. If you're price-sensitive, a well-studied single strain gets you much of the value for far less.
