Our verdict
Gorilla Mode delivers what it promises for experienced users: big pump, hydration and focus doses with unusually open lab testing. Most people should treat one scoop as the serving, because the two-scoop maximum reaches 400 mg of caffeine and leaves no room for coffee or other stimulants that day.

Gorilla Mode is the flagship pre-workout from Gorilla Mind and one of the most heavily dosed on the market. Instead of a fixed serving, it is built around one scoop as a standard dose and two scoops as the maximum. According to the brand's published Eurofins test reports, each scoop contains 5 g of L-citrulline, 2.5 g of creatine monohydrate, 2.5 g of L-tyrosine, 2 g of betaine, 2 g of HydroPrime glycerol powder, 500 mg of pink Himalayan salt, 200 mg of caffeine, 200 mg of alpha-GPC (50%) and 100 mcg of huperzine A, plus B vitamins, magnesium and electrolytes.
At one scoop that is already a strong, well-rounded formula: 5 g of pure L-citrulline is an effective dose, and 2.5 g of creatine covers half of the standard 5 g daily intake. Two scoops double everything, including a full 5 g of creatine and 10 g of citrulline, but also 400 mg of caffeine — the full amount the FDA cites for healthy adults per day — and 200 mcg of huperzine A. There is no beta-alanine, so it is less geared to muscular endurance than formulas such as Ghost Legend or Legion Pulse.
Transparency is a strength. Gorilla Mind links lot-specific third-party results for every active ingredient on its product page, and the reports we reviewed all passed their label specifications. The product is not listed as NSF Certified for Sport or Informed Sport, and Amazon's bullet points cite some doses differently from the current test reports, so check the tub.
At $59.99 for 40 scoops, a single scoop costs about $1.50 and the two-scoop maximum about $3.00. Reviewers praise the flavors and pumps; the most common cautions concern the stimulant load at the full dose.
