Our verdict

Bloom Creatine delivers the right 5 g dose of micronized monohydrate and gets good marks from buyers, so it works as well as any basic creatine. The problem is price: you pay premium-brand money without the named third-party certification that premium competitors offer. Buy it if you love the brand; otherwise the same result costs less elsewhere.

Best for

  • Bloom fans who want creatine that matches their routine
  • Beginners who want an unflavored powder that hides in drinks
  • Women new to creatine who prefer approachable branding

Skip it if

  • Budget-conscious buyers
  • Drug-tested athletes who need a named certification

Our review

Bloom Nutrition, the TikTok-famous brand behind colorful greens powders and energy drinks, sells a straightforward micronized creatine monohydrate marketed to women. The label lists 5 g of creatine monohydrate per 5.15 g scoop and 40 servings per 206 g tub, in Unflavored and Raspberry Lemon versions. That is the same well-studied daily dose found in any serious creatine. Research supports 3–5 g a day for women and men alike, and despite the 'made with women in mind' framing, nothing about the formula is sex-specific.

What you pay extra for is the brand. At about $20 for 40 servings on Bloom's site, it costs roughly $0.50 per serving, well above mainstream tubs from Optimum Nutrition or Nutricost at about $0.20 to $0.30, and similar to NSF Certified for Sport options such as Thorne. Bloom's tub carries only a generic 'third party tested' badge; the brand does not name the lab or program, and we found no NSF Certified for Sport listing for this creatine. The label also calls it non-GMO, gluten-free and vegan-friendly.

Buyer feedback is solid. Bloom's official TikTok Shop listing showed more than 131,000 units sold with a 4.7-star rating across 9,600-plus reviews, and buyers describe it as effective and flavorless, with occasional complaints about grittiness and price. Creator reviews on YouTube mostly praise how easily the unflavored version disappears into coffee, smoothies or pre-workout.

In short, it is a legitimate, properly dosed creatine in appealing packaging, priced for the brand rather than the ingredient.

Pros & cons

What we like

  • 5 g of micronized creatine monohydrate per scoop, the standard research dose
  • Unflavored version blends easily into coffee, smoothies or pre-workout, per buyers
  • Labeled non-GMO, gluten-free and vegan-friendly
  • Official TikTok Shop listing rated 4.7 stars across 9,600+ reviews

Watch-outs

  • About $0.50 per serving, well above mainstream creatine without extra certification
  • Only a generic 'third party tested' claim; no NSF listing found
  • 'Made for women' marketing on what is standard monohydrate
  • Some buyers report grittiness and question the value

Questions buyers ask

Is Bloom creatine different from regular creatine?
Not in any meaningful way. The label lists 5 g of creatine monohydrate per scoop, the same compound and dose used in most research on both women and men. Bloom markets it to women, and studies do support creatine use in women, but the formula itself is standard micronized monohydrate you can find for less.
Will creatine make me bloated or bulky?
Creatine pulls water into muscle cells, so a small rise in scale weight during the first weeks is common; that is water inside muscle, not fat. Visible size comes from training and diet rather than creatine alone. Taking 5 g daily instead of a high-dose loading phase keeps stomach discomfort to a minimum for most people.
Is Bloom creatine third-party tested?
The tub carries a 'third party tested' badge and Bloom's Amazon listing says the powder is third-party tested, but the brand doesn't name the lab or program, and we found no NSF Certified for Sport listing for it. Athletes subject to drug testing should choose a creatine with a named certification instead.
