Our verdict
Everyday Dose is a tasty, gentle coffee alternative, and its caffeine-theanine pairing is a reasonable way to take the edge off coffee jitters. Treat the mushroom claims skeptically: the whole formula is a proprietary blend and the extracts appear to be present in small amounts, so you are mostly paying for a pleasant low-caffeine latte.

Everyday Dose Coffee+ (sold as Mushroom Coffee on Amazon) is an instant functional coffee that pairs a small dose of coffee with collagen, L-theanine and organic chaga and lion's mane fruiting-body extracts. The Mild Roast provides 45 mg of caffeine per tablespoon, about half a cup of brewed coffee, while a newer Bold Medium Roast raises that to 90 mg. Everyday Dose's own TikTok Shop listing describes 4 g of grass-fed collagen, 150 mg of L-theanine and 1,500 mg of lion's mane plus chaga per serving.
The caffeine-plus-theanine pairing is the best-supported part: research on the two together suggests smoother attention with fewer jitters, although 45 mg is a light caffeine dose. The collagen adds a creamy texture and about 5 g of protein.
The mushroom claims are harder to verify. The Supplement Facts image on the Amazon listing shows every active ingredient inside a single 7,300 mg proprietary blend, listed as collagen, coffee, L-theanine, chaga and then lion's mane. Because blend ingredients are listed by weight, each extract appears to weigh no more than the L-theanine, which suggests the marketed 1,500 mg describes something other than the extract weight in the scoop, such as a raw-mushroom equivalent. Either way, human evidence that small amounts of lion's mane or chaga improve focus or immunity is weak.
Buyers generally like the smooth, chocolatey taste and the lack of a crash, and the Amazon listing holds 4.5 stars from more than 9,500 reviews. At $39.99 for 30 servings (about $1.33 each), it costs less than RYZE but several times more than regular coffee.
