Hair Growth Supplement
A drug-free hair supplement built on the AminoMar marine complex plus zinc, vitamin C and modest biotin, with company-funded trials; cheaper than Nutrafol but still pricey.

An NSF-certified grapefruit gummy with 2,500 mcg biotin, 50 mg keratin and vitamins C and E: well made and well liked, but backed by weak hair-and-nail evidence.

Our verdict
Undeniable Beauty is one of the better-made beauty gummies: NSF certified, fully disclosed and widely liked for its taste. But it relies on the same high-dose biotin as cheaper rivals, and its 50 mg of keratin is a fraction of the studied amount. Think of it as a pleasant daily habit, not a fix for thinning hair.

OLLY Undeniable Beauty is a grapefruit-flavored ("Grapefruit Glam") gummy sold on Amazon, at Vitacost and on OLLY's own site. Two gummies provide 2,500 mcg of biotin (8,333% of the Daily Value), 15 mg of vitamin C (17% DV), 7.5 mg of vitamin E in its natural-source d-alpha form (50% DV) and 50 mg of solubilized keratin, with 15 calories and 2 g of added sugar. A 60-gummy bottle lasts a month and costs about $12.88 ($13.99 from OLLY), roughly $0.43 per day.
Its evidence problem is the same as other biotin gummies. A 2017 review found that every reported case of biotin improving hair or nails involved an underlying deficiency or condition, and a 2023 JAMA Dermatology systematic review did not list biotin among the hair supplements with the highest-quality evidence. Keratin is the ingredient that sets this formula apart, but a published 90-day, placebo-controlled trial of a solubilized keratin supplement in 50 women used 500 mg of keratin a day, plus vitamins and minerals. OLLY's 50 mg is one-tenth of that amount.
Quality is the strong point. NSF's certified dietary supplement database lists Undeniable Beauty under NSF/ANSI 173, which verifies label contents and screens for contaminants. The label is fully disclosed and states no synthetic flavors or colors, and OLLY is a Certified B Corporation.
Buyers often praise the taste and report faster nail growth. Amazon's review summary notes mixed skin results, including breakouts, and some reports of cramping. The gummies contain gelatin, the label says they are not intended for children, and anyone having blood work should mention the biotin, since high intakes can distort some lab results.
